The
objective is to identify what is needed for current
production verses the unneeded.
To
do this we use a concept called “RED”
tagging, where all unnecessary items are red tagged
and removed to a quarantined area for later disposition.
The
challenge here is that most people are “pack”
rats . . . . Flat surfaces, open areas, under benches,
etc. have a tendency to collect things.
