Five S+2: higher morale, increased job satisfaction,
better communications. Ultimately, employees who enjoy
their work will contribute more to an improved bottom
line.
When
work environments are cluttered, disorganized, and
sometimes dirty, employees are bound to feel indifferent
about their job. Productivity can only suffer in such
an environment. On the flip side, employees working
in a Five S + 2 experience less frustration, are better
able to perform their jobs, and are generally happier
